What we collect
When you fill out our form we collect the information you enter: your name, email, phone number, and your answers about buying, selling, or renting (such as timeframe, budget, and property details). If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your booking details. Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To contact you about your real estate needs and prepare for your strategy call.
- To send you information you request, such as listings or market updates.
- If you checked the consent box, to contact you by phone, text, and email. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and of emails by using the unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our business (website hosting, form handling, and scheduling), with JetSet Realty, and with others when you ask us to (for example, a lender you request a referral to) or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you gave us by emailing erika@jetsetrealty.com.
Equal Housing Opportunity
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation.
